First get in to main AppStoreConnect Account > User and Access
Add your Developer and give him/her all other Access
Access to Reports
Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles.
Access to Cloud Managed Distribution Certificate
Access to Cloud Managed Developer ID Certificate
Create Apps
Generate Individual API Keys
View Active Key
Thank turn back to main Account' s Developer.Apple Website Certificate, IDs & Profiles > Certificates
Just Click and Download the Certificate and Load it in to your MacBook
Finally when you log in to your sub developer account in to XCODE, you can choose your Company
