For someone who still encounters this problem. Under some network conditions, iMac Pro (2017) models may not start up to diagnostics and instead display 'Unable to run diagnostics. ADTM-113' If this occurs, try the following steps: Connect the unit under test directly to Ethernet. Using Wi-Fi is not recommended. Use the Apple Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 adapter connected to an Apple Thunderbolt to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. If the issue persists after trying the above steps, escalate to Channel Service Support (CSS). This issue is currently under investigation and this article will be updated as more information becomes available.
