Hi guys, I have the same problem, too. I have created 2 new Apple IDs, tried 3 different cards, from which no one unfortunately was succesful, without knowing the exact reason. I'm waiting since rather 1 month now. Doesn't Apple want us anymore as their customers/developers? If so, is there any specific reason? I don't think that I did anything wrong (exactly like you) and so I don't understand what's happening. The enrollment with Google Play took me 2 minutes a few days ago, including the successful payment with one of the cards which has been refused by Apple. I'm really worried about this situation, most of all because we are so many experiencing the same issue, with apparently no clear answers from their side!
