Xcode 12 shows in the AppStore it needs 11.2GB of space to install. I have 30GB+ free (so that should be fine right?). Well, no! I'm unable to install it as I keep getting a notice that "There is not enough disk space available to install the product."
I've tried logging out of the AppStore, rebooting and logging back in, but still not success.
Anyone else manage to get it installed, with similar HDD space free? Any ideas what the magic number is or why its reported so far off?
