I believe this is an issue with running board. I get this error in debug mode:
target is not running or doesn't have entitlement com.apple.runningboard.assertions.webkit

Apple please reply here I can’t deploy my app until there is a work around or a fix. I have Sonoma so I cannot downgrade to X code 15. This is urgent. Please help.
