I appreciate the reply. I removed the NSE, and still have no recognition that my device is "offline." This is through the apple push notifications console. Furthermore, the console gives me the same error when pushing a notification to my simulator, saying that "notification discarded as device was offline." There is no physical way my device is offline when i'm literally looking at it online. Suggestions? I am doing this entirely first-party, using certificates, push notifications console...
