I have the same problem with Safari and Big Sur Beta 4.
Strange: There is no folder and file there
Library/Developer/PrivateFrameworks/CoreSimulator.framework/CoreSimulator
Expected in: /usr/lib/libSystem.B.dylib

I also installed under Catalina the New beta version of Safari. After upgrade to Big Sur b4 Safari always crash.
