We were an Enterprise developer member. At the renewal the payment did not pass on the Visa. After verification it was registered in another country that we could not modify. We have made unanswered support requests.
We had to submit a new renewal request. It's been 42 days and we're being told that it's being studied. Our certificates have expired our In-House application is no longer accessible.
Our operations are affected. We are losing money.
But no problem Apple review our request to register again on a program to which we were already registered.
