Hello @Engineer this bug only happens in only iOS 18 in real devices, works fine on watchOS 11 and visionOS 2.
Please provide an urgent solution for this bug. My users are having problems with background sound recognition. Thanks.

@KMacTexas I understand, in my case is using SoundAnalysis framework in iOS 18 and this solution works for me.
@thinkingBanana Good question. Only have 1 device (iPhone 13 Pro) with iOS 18.2 beta 4, Xcode 16.1 (16B40) and my target version 17.0. I tried it by enabling Background processing and it worked for me.
This solution will only work from iOS 18.2 when it is released. Regards
