Hi, Bought some days ago iCloud Storage 200GB plan. Today I've noticed a bug when opening its menu from Settings -> iCloud+ Feature Updates. The modal freezes, I have to close the background Settings app and enter again and sometimes it has a glitch and it works properly but most often it doesn't work even after doing this and coming back to it. Opened a case with Apple Support, talked to their representative from my country, ran a diagnosis, the diagnosis didn't discovered any software problems. The solution I was given was to make a backup in iCloud and afterwards do a reset to factory settings and keep the system that way for 48 hours and only afterwards restore the system from iCloud with all my data. The phone is 13 Pro Max, 256 GB, version, all of these problems are with the latest software update 16.1.1. Paid a lot of money for the phone and to waste time not using it doesn't make me feel alright, it is NOT acceptable. What's the solution?
