What about in cases where original_application_version isn't reliable?
For example: current app version (free to download with in-app), previous versions paid to download but at times set to free temporarily.
How do you identify users who downloaded the app while it was free in previous versions?
Ideally, there would be a receipt for paid download, not just in-apps.
