You can with your iOS hotspot. You just need a little tweak to it. I hope this reply doesn’t get flagged lol and I hope you see this ... So after connecting your iPhone to your iOS hotspot or you’re prolly on your mobile network ( cause I didn’t use any WiFi when updating mine ) So after connecting, install the profile, check for the install, if it doesn’t let you install, go to your Date & Time settings, try going to the future lol. I mean 2 - 4 months to the time you are. If this is June. Change your Date to October then go back for the update. I’m pretty sure you’ll be able to install then.... After starting the update. Change your date and time back to it’s normal settings... After downloading, you’ll experience the same problem with installing. Do the same thing... I hope I helped a lot...
