I am experiencing the same problem, but I do know how to reboot the DTK in “Options” mode.
On restart, hold the power button down.
The DTK will eventually boot into an Option mode that includes Restore from Time Machine, Reinstall macOS, Safari, and Disk Util.
Unfortunately, my unit is refusing to reinstall macOS.

Found the problem, the bookmarks had shifted to a different location in the list!
(Old bookmarks were moved to the top of the list.)
