I can't find where you can download and install iPadOS 15. I want to try to use the new Build Mac apps on iPad capability. When I go to my Settings>General page I see "iPadOS 14.6. iPadOS is up to date." There is no link to an update page or procedure to get iPad 15. How do I find where I can download and install iPadOS 15?

xcode-beta-13 cannot be installed. When you try to open Xcode_13_beta.xip (version on WWDC today - June 2, Tues) the Archive Utility seems to work to the end of its function. But then the Xcode_13_beta.app does not appear. Is this because I have not downloaded and installed MacOS Monterey? I think this should not be the issue. If not, then can someone update the Acode_13_beta.xip file so that the app gets installed?
