How do you turn on Vim mode in Xcode 13.3.1? It isn't in Text Editing, and there is no "Editor -> Vim Mode" in Preferences. I've looked through every setting and don't see it. Edit: it isn't in Preferences any more. It's in the menu bar: Editor -> Vim Mode. ("Editor" is not in Preferences but it's a menu item in the top navbar. It's especially confusing because there is a keybinding section in Preferences, which is where I would expect to find the setting, as it isn't something that people regularly toggle.)
