I am new here, so apologies if this is the wrong section to ask.
I am considering developing an app for the iphone. The concept is that usually when we talk over the phone, the voice that is received on the other end is perceived to be a higher pitch. I was wondering if it would be possible, to create an app where the user of the iphone can lower the vocal tone transmitted from the phone.
So there will be a setting that would lower the frequency by a small % (to make sure your voice still sounds like you). When you talk over the phone, the person will hear a lower version of your voice. And this should be native across all the built in applications on the iphone (recording, video, etc.) once the setting has been set.
