Activity App Won't Install

After installing iOS 11.4 beta 1 and then pairing my Apple Watch I cannot get the iPhone to install the activity app. It keeps telling me "Unable to Install "Activity"" does anyone have any ideas or is experiencing this? I've done multiple restarts on the watch and iPhone with no luck.

Can you install the App Store profile for iOS from this page: https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/?platform=ios


Restart, reproduce the issue and then take a sysdiagnose and attach it to a bug report?
