Clean Install Beta MacOS 10.13.4

Did clean install of MacOS cant download beta 10.13.4 DEVELOPER Beta stuck on released version of MacOS 10.13.3

if you alow or have supplemental update installed it will not find 10.13.4 beta just done clean installation and the first thing I did was to install developer beta utility and 10.13.4 beta 3 was found straight away

this problem seems to be resolved with beta 4 if your sumplimental build is 17d102 but if you have an iMac Pro or posibley one of the latest macs and your build number is 17d2104 then it wont install
