what is necessary for my company to become a manufacturer of devices for a smart home ?

Hello
I have a company (Legal person) who would like to develop devices for a smart home under the apple Home system.

Сan you help me and answer the questions ?

1. Where do I need to register to officially make the devices and they worked and managed with the Iphone in the apple Home program ?
2. Is there a list where I can see a list of requirements for companies wishing to produce devices (smart home) for apple Home?
3. Do I have to buy special parts for these devices to work with apple Home?

4. What are the requirements for the production of smart home devices ?

4.1. Technical (hardware) requirements ?

4.2. Program (by code) requirements ?
5. What can not be done or produced, maybe there are restrictions on the program or devices ?
6. What are the requirements for my company to sell these devices in the apple store (in the store of the site https://www.apple.com/shop) or in the shops of other countries (Europe) ?
7. Is it possible to develop devices for non-commercial purposes, to make the first prototypes only for use in my office.

And only then go to the commercial market and then make out all the necessary documents (for starters would like to do test devices for own use) or there are tools specifically for testing Homekit Accessory Tester (HAT) ??

8. An important question - if any programs for companies or startups who want to develop devices and engage in the development of the Apple Home ecosystem?

9. Can I directly contact the manager for example by e-mail?

I will be glad to any help

Sign up to the MFi Program, it’s free and you’ll be able to get answers to all the above questions

You'll need to join Apple's MFi Program, for starters - free to join if you qualify, but fee$ are required when licensing your product(s) to sell.

Note that most of the details on your questions (1~7) are behind MFi Program non-disclosures, and can't be discussed here in public.

#8 - I'm not aware of any, but it would perhaps be of great value to attend Apple's WWDC18. https://developer.apple.com/wwdc/ - you have until midnight today, 3.21, to register for a chance to purchase a ticket. If you are asking about support, note that there are DTS Technical Support Incidents/tickets that can be used to request help, etc. Again, most of the info and discussion takes place behind NDAs, meaning there is only so much that can covered here.

You'll also want access to Apple's HomeKit Accessory Protocol (HAP) commercial version.

Good luck.
