We need to publish an application under a trademark, that trademark belongs to a registered legal entity of which we have DUNS number.
Is it possible to publish the app under the name of a brand? Or can we only publish under the name of the company validated through the DUNS?

Company name: Smart Apps for all Inc
Brand Name: intelligent game
We want our users who search the app in the AppSotre can see the name of the app and below it, the developer's name: Intelligent game
