How does your app utilize the Bluetooth-central background mode?

hi ....We have uploaded our app for review and been asked for more info > sprecfically how do we utilize bluetooth in background mode.
I thought I would ask here before replying >
are they asking for a businees case /function as to what/why we are using bluetooth in the background >>> or are they asking a technical question??
any advice on best way to respond thanks

Apple restricts what apps can do in the background. I think that they do not want you to use bluetooth in background unless it is really necessary and is an appropriate use of background functioning.
