We are using for our App the iOS-Screen recorder to make a Video with Sound from the App-Screen.
The issue: the quality of the Video is very poor. For example: if the User will record a PDF with Text on it, the Text in the Video is looking very frayed. It's a ******* to read it on the Video.
Also when the Font-Size is bigger the Text is looking frayed, but not so much. If we make a recording via the iOS-Control Center and open afterward the App, the Quality is very good.
We are working with the best resolution and double checked all settings.
What can we do to fix our Quality-Problems with the Video? Do you have a Idea? 😢
