Safari doesn't appear to be able to see/use Web Form Passwords saved in Keychain. Go to a webpage you've saved a password, click in the username field and nothing comes up. To double check, when you go to Keychain, click on show password, enter password, the show password button goes to unlicked and no password is displayed.
The passwords to appear to be synced with iOS devices and those are working.
