Can't uncheck "Cleared for sale"

I want to remove an app from sale which has in-app purchases but I can't uncheck the "Cleared for sale" check box. I did the same thing 2-3 weeks ago and that worked. What's going on?

Did you go to rights/pricing and deselect all countries?
