Hi,
I'm from Croatia, and want to do a search ads campaign for one of my apps. There is no croatia under countries list for creating account. I read the terms, and it seems that I should be eligible to create search ads, if I have an app in the US app store, which I have. Since I see basically all the other world countries in the list, could someone tell me why is there no Croatia? I can even add my phone number, and it offers croatian country prefix for that, but no Croatia for the developer's country of origin.
Is that a bug, or is there a policy that does not allow croatians to create search ad campaings?
