My account is already associated with my work's account and I want to build a personal app as well, but I want a full separation between them.
How can I manage multiple companies in a single account?

Using separate Apple IDs/accounts is a start, and the tools should be able to handle that, if you can, but if you really need to keep everything apart, try multiple macOS user accounts if you're using the same machine.
