Can Vision be used for detecting motion between two or more images?

We are currently exploring ways to detect motion between two or more images, and I wasn't sure if Vision was the right framework to explore, or would Core Image provide more appropriate functionality to achieve that (or even CoreML)?

I solved this problem, not with Vision, but with Core Image filters.
