iMessage Sticker Pack looks like it downloads twice onto phone?

Hi, I submitted an iMessage sticker pack to the app store, but when I test flight it, it looks like installed twice onto the phone as there are two app icons in the imessages app bar. Does anyone know if this is just due to test flight or what the fix could be?
