Changing iTunes Connect Currency from $ to £

I've done a quick search but can't find anything.


I wonder if anyone can help me changing the iTunes Connect analytics/sales data from $ to £?

I've always assumed those were (mac)OS UI localized based on the dev's language/locale/home store in iTunes.
