Hi,
I have developed an app that is marked to be published in US territoty in the App Store.
Most of our US users have no problems in searching and downloading the app. However, we encountered 2 users, which although they are in the US, they get an error when trying to search the app or download it from a link saying that the app is not currently available in the US store.
Can someone please explain what can cause this?
