Xcode 9.2 (9C40b) refuses to code sign. I am dead in the water here.

My setup:

macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6

Xcode 9.2 (9C40b)

iOS 11.2 (15C114)

I am unable to install and run any Swift app on my iOS device. I get a crash with this error:

dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libswiftCore.dylib

Referenced from: /var/containers/Bundle/Application/.../Hello.app/Hello

Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:

/private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/.../Hello.app/Frameworks/libswiftCore.dylib: code signing blocked mmap() of '/private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/.../Hello.app/Frameworks/libswiftCore.dylib'

None of the answers I have seen here and on SO fix this. All my development is ground to a halt. I am dead in the water.

Can someone - preferably from Apple - provide me and all the other baffled and frustrated devs with a solid, repeatable, fix for this.

Mad and Frustrated,

Doug
