Error in promoting subscriptions in app store

With the introduction of the brand new app stores, I'm trying to promote our subscription packages in the app store but I've received the following rejection from app review team:

We found that the different subscription plans of your auto-renewable subscriptions were created as separate in-app purchase subscription products, rather than as different levels of the same auto-renewable subscriptions group, as required. To create different subscription levels of the same auto-renewable content (e.g. offer both a downgrade, upgrade, or cross grade), you need to first create the auto-renewable subscription and group. Your subscription levels should be listed in descending order, with the one that offers the highest level of service (in terms of the content not the duration level) ranked at level 1.

We have two subscription packages but they were both created as separate in-app purchase subscription products. We created them this way in the early days when Apple introduced subscription as a way to monetise for apps. Is there a way to transfer our existing subscribers from in-app purchase subscriptions to auto-renewable subscriptions without losing them?

"transfer our existing subscribers from in-app purchase subscriptions"

What "in-app purchase subscriptions" did you have? If you had autorenewable subscriptions you can maintain them by using the same productIdentifier and placing them in groups as Apple is requesting. If you had non-renewing subscriptions then you need to create a new productIdentifier.
