Hello,
I am trying to pass Bonjour Conformance Tests (BCT) but I only receive messages "WARNING: Have not received initial probe from device. Listening..."
When I unplug the network cable and then plug it again, initial probing tests pass, but next test (probing) fails with the same message.
My environment is following:
- BCT runs on MacOS Sierra
- System under the test runs on Windows 10 (I have also tried Windows server 2012 R2)
- Using Apple Bonjour 3.0.0.10 for Windows
- Service is successfully registered via command: dns-sd -R test _ipp._tcp,_universal local. 8051
- Mac is connected via cable to AirPort Express, Windows via Wi-Fi to AirPort Express
- Any other setup is done according to document "Bonjour Conformance Test For AirPrint v7.0"
Do you have any idea what can be wrong? It seems odd when BCT is not passing against Apple Bonjour even if it is on Windows.
