Xcode9 content scrolling stop working in macbook pro

Hi Developer team,

I am iOS developer, and having 5 years of experience. Well we know there are issues in Xcode 9, so far I used to get it with. But today I found wierd issue, Xcode not allowed to scroll content.

I have MacBook Pro

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 (16G1036)

Processor - 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory - 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

And Xcode Version 9.1 (9B55).

I was working on Xcode and suddenly it stop allow to scroll content using mouse gesture on macbook pro, well I thaught that It might be hardware issue and I check in other apps like 'TextEdit', 'Safari'. I can scoll content on all other apps but not in Xcode.

I tried primary solution - Restarting Xcode - Not working!

Now I have to manually scroll content in Xcode using arrow keys (◀︎▶︎). It feels me like I living in Dinosour era!

Apple, We all love your products and work, actually we are figthing with other guys that we are working for the great products, But when issue like this, not only mine but other issue related to Xcode 9, are making us a joke for other people (specially other developers).

Hoping that my post make sense to you!
