Integrate with email applications

I'm creating a 3rd party email app and I wanted to know if it's possible to use SiriKit as part of the Messaging domain? Will it be approved by Apple?

At an API level, sending a message through SiriKit needs a recipient and a message. SiriKit does not have API for email specific concepts like subject lines or cc / bcc recipients.
