When initialising CBCentralManager it's possible to give an option `CBCentralManagerOptionShowPowerAlertKey: true` to show a OS generated alert to the user. This alert is not showing on iOS 11 even not with iOS 11.2.
Is any other way (like key-value for info.plist) to prompt the system alert to turn on Bluetooth ?

Is any way to jump to BLE(Bluettoth) setting from the app introduce in iOS 11 ?
