P12 file question

Hi,

I have been asked to create a P12 certificate. Now 3 questions—

1. Do I have to do it from Development or Distribution Certificate?

2. These two certificates have been created by someone with Admin role on the Developer account. I also have Admin role. Can I use the certificate/s to generate the P12 file on my Mac?

3. Our apps are in the Adobe DPS. When and how are we going to use the P12 in the Adobe DPS? In the Adobe DPS portal, I do not see DPS App builder. Do I need to install it?

You can use Appuploader this tool to create p12 certificate, you can create iOS card on Windows PC computer and upload ipa to App Store, do not need mac computer
