My team create and deliver to our customers an SDK/Library that they integrate into their own apps. We were recently acquired by a different company, and Apple Developer will not let me changes the organisation name as the aquisition does not meet their criteria for a simple name change. So our account has the old company name.
The question is, does this matter in our particular case? Is there anything in the certificate that we use that will have this company name listed? Obviously it would likely be visible in Apple Store if we developed and marketed an app ourselves, but if our customer creates the app, pulling in our library, would our cert be visible anywhere? Perhaps in some detailed inforamtion area about the app?
