I have seen some safari browser with a very high version,(11.0.1) but does not support HTTP Live Stream , but I don't know how to detect it. Is there any solution ?
Safari has supported HLS for years. (Since Safari 5 or 6, I don't remember which.)
To the best of my knowledge there is no modern version of Safari that does not support HLS.
If you are unable to play a stream, I would expect it to be an issue with the stream itself and not with Safari.
If you are unable to resolve the issue then I would suggest using a tech support incident.
