pair apple watch with a new iphone

can an apple watch 3 with beta 4.2 be paired with a new iphone ( iphone x ) without any problems?

You would need to have the iPhone updated to iOS 11.2 in order to pair it to any watch running watchOS 4.2 be it a series 3 or otherwise.

I get my iPhone X in a few hours. Apple Watch on 4.2 beta Will my Watch not be able to pair with new iPhone? iOS 10.2 is not available yet for X!
