SourceKitService 100% CPU

SourceKitService routinely runs at 100% CPU forcing me to force quit the service from Activity Monitor.


XCode Version 9.0.1 (9A1004)


Any help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated!

Same problem here


I found some solution on other forums to clear the derived data after force quiting SourceKitService.


rm -rf ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/


Quit Xcode before doing it.

this helped me for few days and again same SourceKitService 100% issue back.
