How to revoke my certificate in my personal apple id account?

I am using macOS 10.13 High Sierra and xcode 9.0.1.


I add my apple id in xcode account. I then create a "iOS development certificate" in my "Personal Team" and "Role" user.


I then remove the certificate in Keychain Access. When back to the xcode account, the certificate become grey color showing ""Not in Keychain".


Trying to add a new development certificate shows You already have a current iOS Development certificate or a pending certificate request".


Login to my certificate portal doesn't show the certificate too. How may I remove the certificate?
