I'm pretty sure for the past 18 months or so, in iOS 10, if the app was deleted then re-installed it would get the same apn token again.
THis isn't happening in iOS 11, BUT its also not occuring on iOS 10 devices (the token comes from a server, so thats not necessarily crazy to see a change in iOS 10)
Has anybody else noticed this? I know an app should be prepared for in case it changes, and mine is, and also the documentation states it will change under this circumstance (but after developing push apps for the past few years, I'm sure it used to a few years ago, then stopped changing totally with iOS 10, but now is again). but additionally I'm also seeing possibly some other issues with push recently and wondered if this is evidence of some overhaul Apple has performed which is still a bit buggy.
