How does the user change the setting to allow CloudKit to access user information?

When I run requestApplicationPermission(.userDiscoverability) and CloudKit presents the alert to ask the user if he wants to allow CloudKit access to his user information, what happens after the user taps to decline allowing permission? What if he changes his mind later? Where would he change the setting then? I don't see it in the Settings App except for a setting to allow the app to access Siri and Search.
