I encountered the issue "IAP: cannot connect to itunes store" only on iOS 11.0.2(15A421), I also have tested on iOS10.2, has no same issue.
I got error: Error Domain=SKErrorDomain Code=0 "cannot connect to iTunes Store" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=cannot connect to iTunes Store}
in- (void)paymentQueue:(SKPaymentQueue *)queue updatedTransactions:(NSArray *)transactions, and the transaction status is SKPaymentTransactionStateFailed.
