Deploy an App from Xcode to Device without expiring

In this scenario, we would like to deploy our app on only 8 iPads thats why we dont wont to use vpp or the App Store.

we already have an apple developer account and now we want to deploy the app directly to the ipads from Xcode.

Is the app now after 7 days or 1 year unusable when it is not deployed on the ipad again via Xcode?

and if the the app gets unusable after 7 days which solution is there so this does not happen?

Because after that we have no acces anymore to the iPads.

Free provisioning expires after one week.

Paid Developer Program account TestFlight provisioning expires after thirty days.

Paid Developer Program account provisioning for device testing expires after one year (or less based on account status).

Store distribution never expires.

Apple does not otherwise provide 'without expiring' user/tester-centric distribution schemes.
