I recently updated XCode to 9.0 and there is one problem. In versions 8..., there was a button called "Reset to suggested constraints". But now, it's still here, but when I try to use it, XCode give me "Failed to automatically update constraints, Interface Builder encountered an internal error while attempting to automatically update constraints. Your most recent change has been automatically reverted." error. Is it only my problem or is it a bug?
Take a look at the macOS console while that happens, there might be more info in there ...
Thanks. I tried but it didn't helped. I'll try to reinstall XCode again.
Probably best to file a bug report bugreport.apple.com they will give some defaults write options that will allow Xcode to report more info to the console log & if this is a newly discovered issue it will find its way into some future build of Xcode ...
Does it occur in all the views ?
Maybe it's a project you converted from XCode 8 and there was some problem in conversion ?
