I have several Macs running Sierra and one running High Sierra (betas). This morning I came to work that my work iMac (Sierra) had automatically installed Safari 11.0.1 Seed. Now I have had to disable automatic App updates so this sort of thing doesn't happen in the furure.

But how do I revert to the production version (11.0) of Safari?

I am also looking how to revert the Safari update.

Safari 11.0.1 won't load any websites for me, and I have to use Safari Tech Preview in the meantime (which isn't ideal as all the websites I use require me to log in again, and authenticate if I am using 2 factor authentication for those website (as they see that I am using another browser).
