iOS 11 Wi-Fi

iOS 11 Wi-Fi, When I turn off the wifi from control center (swipe UP), it just disconnect the network, not turned OFF. Whereas in iOS 10, it turned OFF properly. I am not sure this is the expected behaviour in iOS 11.

Based on an answer to a similar question I read in another forum, I believe this is the expected behavior. Turning it off from the Command Center is assumed to now be a disconnection request, not a total shutdown request. To turn off the radio, you have to go into the Settings and flip the switch.

As iOS 11 is now public, user-centric queries/comments such as this are perhaps best put to Apple's public community support forums, run by AppleCare, and/or Apple's twitter support account, vs. risking off-topic here in the DevForums, thanks and good luck.
