iTunes issue

I'm terribly sorry for posting in this forum, but I've been spending hours trying to find help with my problem and I always reach a dead end. Perhaps someone here can help, or at least direct me to where I can get some:


I have one of my band's albums for sale on iTunes. It was put up there years ago by a third party distribution company that doesn't exist anymore, but I was able to claim myself as manager of it. I would like to make edits to the content there as well as post new content, but there is no way to do that. The only thing I see on the page is that album, that I am the manager, and nothing else (screen-shot here). And even when I click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page -or on ANY Apple Developer page- it has me log in again, then takes me straight back to the same page!


Again, sorry for posting here. I just don't know how to get help.
